3-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Pizza

A simple pizza crust made with just three ingredients.

Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 1 cup cottage cheese full fat recommended
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour plus more for dusting
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Bowl
  • Fork

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese and egg. Mix well with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add the flour and mix until a dough forms. It will be sticky.
  4. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Gently press or roll the dough into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake the crust for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  7. Remove the crust from the oven. Spread with pizza sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for another 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

You can add your favorite pizza toppings after the cheese. Ensure they are pre-cooked if necessary.
