Air Fryer Boneless Chicken Thighs Fast

Ingredients
  

Chicken and Seasoning
  • 5-6 boneless skinless chicken thighs patted dry
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 nonstick spray or olive oil spray for spraying

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowl
  • Kitchen Tongs

Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel, then put them in a bowl.
  2. Combine all the seasonings in a separate bowl. Pour the seasonings over the chicken and use your hands to coat the chicken evenly with the spices.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F. Place the chicken smooth side down into the air fryer basket. Spray the chicken with nonstick spray or olive oil spray. Cook at 380°F for 12 minutes.
  4. When the air fryer signals it is done, use kitchen tongs to flip the chicken over. Cook for an additional 6 to 8 minutes on the second side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
