- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps them get crispy.
- In a bowl, toss the wings with salt and pepper until they are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry the wings at 380°F (195°C) for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
- While the wings cook, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, combine the hot sauce, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.
- Once the wings are cooked and crispy, transfer them to a large bowl.
- Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot wings and toss gently until every wing is coated.
- Serve the wings immediately.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can lightly dust the wings with a teaspoon of cornstarch before seasoning and air frying.
