- Preheat the air fryer to 200C/400F.
- In a small bowl, add the baking powder, salt, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar, and mix well.
- Pat dry the chicken drumsticks. Toss the drumsticks through the spice mix then drizzle the oil all over.
- Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, flip, and cook for a further 6-8 minutes, or until cooked and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days. To freeze, place the drumsticks in a ziplock bag for up to 3 months. To reheat, microwave them for 20-30 seconds or reheat in the air fryer until crispy.
