Air Fryer Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs

Prepare bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs quickly using an air fryer. This recipe uses a simple honey mustard coating for a flavorful meal.

Ingredients
  

Chicken and Coating
  • 1 pound bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Equipment

  • Air fryer
  • Medium mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil or nonstick spray. Preheat the air fryer to 400℉.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, and olive oil.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken, including between the skin and the thigh meat.
  4. Place the chicken in the greased basket, skin side up, and cook for 14 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165℉ on an instant read thermometer.
  5. Serve hot.
