Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium apple cored and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/4 cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, optional
  • 3-4 ice cubes ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Combine the chopped apple, milk, yogurt, cinnamon, honey (if using), and ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen apple chunks or add more ice.
