Baked Boursin Salmon

Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 ounces each
  • 1 container 4.5 ounce
  • Boursin cheese Garlic & Fine Herbs flavor
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the Boursin cheese mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.

Notes

You can serve this salmon with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables or rice.
