Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unfold the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Place the wheel of brie in the center.
- Bring the edges of the puff pastry up and over the brie, sealing them together at the top. Trim any excess pastry if needed.
- Carefully place the pastry-wrapped brie seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the entire surface of the puff pastry with the beaten egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
Notes
You can add a drizzle of honey or jam on top of the brie before wrapping for extra flavor. Serve immediately for the best texture.
