Baked Cheddar Cauliflower

A simple and delicious way to prepare cauliflower, baked with cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the cauliflower florets in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and milk.
  4. Pour the butter and milk mixture over the cauliflower.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper over the cauliflower.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

You can add a pinch of garlic powder for extra flavor.
