Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the cored and halved pears cut-side up in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Pour the melted butter over the oat mixture and stir until combined.
- Spoon the oat mixture into the hollowed-out centers of the pears.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the pears are tender and the topping is golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm. You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of honey if desired.
