Ingredients
  

  • 1 large banana frozen
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Place the frozen banana, peanut butter, milk, vanilla extract (if using), and chia seeds (if using) into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of peanut butter to your preference. For a sweeter smoothie, add a touch of honey or maple syrup.
