  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For Dipping
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well with a fork until everything is evenly incorporated.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, shape the chicken mixture into bat shapes. You can make a simple oval body with two small triangles for ears, or use a bat-shaped cookie cutter if you have one.
  4. Place the shaped chicken nuggets onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the nuggets are cooked through and lightly golden brown.
  6. Serve the bat-shaped chicken nuggets warm with ketchup and ranch dressing for dipping.
