Berry Protein Smoothie

A quick and healthy berry protein smoothie.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional, for added fiber and omega-3s

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the ingredients to your liking. You can add spinach for extra nutrients or a drizzle of honey for more sweetness.
