- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet.
- Season the salmon generously with kosher salt and black pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, chopped garlic, oregano, and thyme.
- Pour the butter mixture evenly over the salmon fillet.
- Arrange the thin lemon slices on top of the salmon.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
