Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles optional
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce your favorite
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, celery, red onion, and blue cheese crumbles (if using).
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, hot sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes

You can serve this buffalo chicken salad on lettuce wraps, in sandwiches, or with crackers.
