Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat. Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Grease your Bundt pan well. Arrange about half of the tortilla chips in the bottom and up the sides of the Bundt pan.
- Spoon the taco meat mixture evenly over the chips.
- Top with the remaining tortilla chips, then sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Place the Bundt pan on a baking sheet to catch any drips. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let the nachos cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before carefully inverting them onto a serving platter.
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings like salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and jalapenos.
Notes
Make sure to grease the Bundt pan thoroughly to prevent sticking. If you don't have a Bundt pan, you can layer the ingredients in a regular baking dish.
