Ingredients
  

Protein Balls
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder butterscotch or vanilla flavor
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter or other nut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk or water, as needed

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, butterscotch chips, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add milk or water one tablespoon at a time until it reaches a consistency that can be rolled into balls.
  3. Roll the mixture into 12 small balls.
  4. Place the protein balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
