Ingredients
  

For the Float
  • 1 cup Apple cider chilled
  • 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons Caramel sauce for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon Whipped cream optional
  • 1 teaspoon Caramel bits optional

Method
 

  1. Pour the chilled apple cider into a glass.
  2. Add the scoops of vanilla ice cream to the glass.
  3. Drizzle caramel sauce over the ice cream and cider.
  4. Top with whipped cream and caramel bits, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of caramel sauce to your preference. For a richer flavor, use a good quality apple cider.
