Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Black pepper to taste Black pepper
For the Bowl
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Corn fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup Avocado diced

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the skillet. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Assemble the bowls: Divide cooked rice among four bowls.
  5. Top the rice with cooked chicken, black beans, and corn.
  6. Add salsa, cilantro, and diced avocado to each bowl.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize your bowl with other toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or a squeeze of lime juice.
