- Season the chicken pieces with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Assemble the bowls: Divide the cooked rice among four bowls. Top with the cooked chicken, black beans, corn, and salsa.
- Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt, cilantro, and avocado, if desired.
