- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare three shallow dishes. In the first, place the flour. In the second, whisk the eggs. In the third, combine the breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, shaking off any excess. Then, dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing excess to drip off. Finally, coat it thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken strips onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Alternatively, you can pan-fry the tenders. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the tenders for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Do this in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan.
