Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter optional
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes optional

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Notes

Adjust milk for desired consistency. You can add other fruits or sweeteners as desired.
