  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk any kind
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cottage cheese, milk, eggs, maple syrup, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir everything together until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can add toppings like fresh fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of honey before serving.
