These no-bake protein bites taste like cinnamon rolls and are easy to make.

Ingredients
  

For the Bites
  • 1 cup rolled oats ground into flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder or unflavored
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2-3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
For the Glaze
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir well.
  2. Add the almond butter and maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Mix until a crumbly dough forms.
  3. Gradually add the almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing until the dough comes together and you can form balls.
  4. Roll the dough into 12 small balls.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and almond milk for the glaze until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  6. Drizzle the glaze over the protein bites.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
