Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, coconut milk, water, maple syrup, and salt in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer.
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender and the mixture has thickened, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
