- Combine cottage cheese, raspberries, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula.
- Spoon the mousse into serving glasses.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving, or serve immediately.
