Cottage Cheese Raspberry Mousse

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cottage cheese full fat recommended
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup, adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Spatula
  • serving glasses

Method
 

  1. Combine cottage cheese, raspberries, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula.
  3. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses.
  4. Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving, or serve immediately.

Notes
