Cranberry Orange Prosecco Punch

This recipe makes a refreshing punch featuring cranberry and orange flavors mixed with Prosecco.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Cranberry juice Chilled
  • 1 cup Orange juice Freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1 cup Orange liqueur Optional
  • 1 bottle Prosecco Chilled, about 750ml
  • 1 cup Fresh cranberries For garnish
  • 1 whole Orange Thinly sliced for garnish

  • Large punch bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method
 

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine the chilled cranberry juice, orange juice, and orange liqueur, if using.
  2. Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled Prosecco.
  3. Gently stir the mixture once or twice to combine the liquids without losing too much carbonation.
  4. Add the fresh cranberries and orange slices to the punch bowl for garnish.
  5. Serve immediately in glasses.

Notes

You can freeze some of the fresh cranberries ahead of time to use as ice cubes in the punch. This helps keep the drink cold without watering it down.
