Creamy Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix 1 oz
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, dry onion soup mix, sour cream, and milk.
  3. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or on high for 2 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks directly in the slow cooker and stir to combine with the sauce.

Notes

Serve over rice, pasta, or with mashed potatoes. You can also add vegetables like broccoli or peas during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
