- Sprinkle flour over the turkey and vegetable mixture. Stir well and cook for 1 minute.

- Remove the skillet from heat. Stir in Greek yogurt and Dijon mustard until well combined and creamy.
- Stir in fresh parsley, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning as needed.
