Cuisine: American

Ingredients

For the Rolls
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough 8 oz each
  • 1/2 cup fig jam
  • 4 oz brie cheese rind removed, cut into small pieces
Optional Garnish
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles per can. You will have 16 triangles total.
  3. Spread about 1 tablespoon of fig jam onto each triangle, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Place a few small pieces of brie cheese on top of the fig jam on each triangle.
  5. Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides as you roll, to form a crescent shape.
  6. Place the rolled crescent rolls onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. If desired, sprinkle with fresh rosemary before serving.

Notes

You can substitute other jams like apricot or raspberry if fig jam is not available. Ensure the brie is at room temperature for easier handling.
