For the Salmon
  • 4 6-ounce salmon fillets skin on or off
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Sauce 1: Lemon-Dill
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Sauce 2: Honey-Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Sauce 3: Spicy Sriracha
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Brush them with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  4. While the salmon is cooking, prepare the sauces.
  5. For the Lemon-Dill sauce, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  6. For the Honey-Mustard sauce, combine Dijon mustard, honey, and olive oil in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  7. For the Spicy Sriracha sauce, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  8. Serve the crispy air fryer salmon with your choice of sauces.

Notes

You can adjust the cooking time based on your air fryer model and the thickness of your salmon fillets. Ensure the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness.
