Ingredients
  

For the Flatbread
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
For the Topping
  • 4 oz Brie cheese rind removed, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the puff pastry sheet on a baking sheet. Brush the surface with olive oil.
  3. Arrange the brie slices evenly over the puff pastry.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed, and the brie is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if using.
  6. Let it cool for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

You can substitute other nuts like pecans or almonds. A sprinkle of fresh thyme or rosemary before baking also adds a nice flavor.
