Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the puff pastry sheet on a baking sheet. Brush the surface with olive oil.
- Arrange the brie slices evenly over the puff pastry.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed, and the brie is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if using.
- Let it cool for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can substitute other nuts like pecans or almonds. A sprinkle of fresh thyme or rosemary before baking also adds a nice flavor.
