- Combine the drained and rinsed chickpeas, diced cucumber, diced red bell pepper, halved cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped parsley in a large mixing bowl.

- Gently toss all ingredients together until they are evenly coated with the dressing.

Notes
