- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the hot skillet. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until the skin is browned and crisp.
- Flip the chicken thighs. Reduce the heat to medium-low.
- Add the butter and crushed garlic to the skillet. Baste the chicken with the melted garlic butter as it cooks for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet. Spoon the remaining garlic butter sauce over the chicken. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
