  • 1 lb large shrimp (16-20 count size, peeled, deveined, tails removed if desired)
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic Use more if you like strong garlic flavor.
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring sometimes, until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  4. Add the minced garlic and cook for one more minute.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice and parsley, then serve.
