Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, panko breadcrumbs, beaten egg, chopped parsley, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned.
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki. Squeeze excess water from the grated cucumber using a paper towel.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, and salt. Stir well.
- Serve the warm meatballs with the tzatziki sauce.

You can also pan-fry the meatballs if preferred. For a different flavor, add a pinch of cumin to the meatball mixture.
