Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Equipment

  • Large skillet

Method

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add the olive oil, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir everything together, cover the skillet, and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
  5. Uncover and stir. Serve hot.

Notes

You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or peas. For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
