- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the olive oil, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is softened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the cauliflower florets, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir everything together, cover the skillet, and reduce the heat to medium-low. Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
- Uncover and stir. Serve hot.
Notes
You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or peas. For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
