Ground Beef Protein Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
For Serving
  • 4 cups Cooked Quinoa or Rice
  • 2 cups Chopped Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Diced Avocado
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Red Onion

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. To assemble the bowls, divide the cooked quinoa or rice among four bowls.
  5. Top with mixed greens, seasoned ground beef, diced tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.

Notes

Serve immediately.
