- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually beat in the dry vanilla cake mix until combined.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until the dip is smooth and creamy.
- Fold in half of the Halloween sprinkles and mini chocolate chips.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, top with the remaining Halloween sprinkles and mini chocolate chips.
Notes
Serve with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit for dipping.
