Method
- Line a 24-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, dissolve the lime gelatin in the boiling water. Stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Stir in the chilled vodka and cold water.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each liner about two-thirds full.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Notes
You can substitute other flavors of gelatin for different colors. For a non-alcoholic version, replace the vodka with more cold water.
