Method
- Arrange the sliced baguette on your platter to form the skeleton's spine and ribs. You can overlap them slightly.
- Use the baby carrots to create the arms and legs, extending them from the sides of the baguette spine.
- Place the cauliflower head at the top of the platter to serve as the skull. Position the black olive halves on the cauliflower for the eyes.
- Fill the center of the skeleton (around the spine and ribs) with your chosen dip, such as ranch or hummus.
- Arrange the remaining ingredients grapes, broccoli florets, cherry tomatoes, cheese cubes, and pretzels around the skeleton to fill out the board.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your spooky creation!
Notes
Feel free to substitute any of the filling ingredients with your favorite snacks. Other ideas include crackers, different types of cheese, bell pepper strips, or hard-boiled eggs.
