- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, chopped red onion, chopped celery, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and chopped dill.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Divide the mixed greens between two bowls.
- Top the greens with the tuna salad mixture.
- Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced bell pepper, and diced avocado around the tuna salad.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
You can add other vegetables you like, such as carrots or corn. For a different flavor, try adding a squeeze of lemon juice to the tuna salad.
