- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten egg, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce or as part of a meal.
