Method
- Use a heart shape cookie cutter or sharp knife to remove the center of the bread slice.
- Spread butter into a pan over medium heat.
- Place the bread in the pan and cook for 1 minute or until it toasts.
- Toast the cutout shape also.
- Flip the bread over, and crack the egg carefully into the center of the heart shape cutout.
- Cook until the egg is set.
- Sprinkle with salt and serve your heart shape egg and toast.
Notes
You can use any type of bread you prefer for this recipe.
