Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Bread
  • Butter For spreading
  • Salt To taste

Equipment

  • Pan
  • Heart shape cookie cutter or sharp knife

Method
 

  1. Use a heart shape cookie cutter or sharp knife to remove the center of the bread slice.
  2. Spread butter into a pan over medium heat.
  3. Place the bread in the pan and cook for 1 minute or until it toasts.
  4. Toast the cutout shape also.
  5. Flip the bread over, and crack the egg carefully into the center of the heart shape cutout.
  6. Cook until the egg is set.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and serve your heart shape egg and toast.

Notes

You can use any type of bread you prefer for this recipe.
