Ingredients
  

For the Cheesecake Filling
  • 225 g cream cheese softened
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder whey or casein
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain, unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp sweetener e.g., erythritol, stevia, to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Crust
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs or digestive biscuit crumbs
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp sweetener
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free syrup

Method
 

  1. Prepare the crust: In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sweetener. Divide the mixture among the 4 jars and press down to form a base.
  2. Prepare the cheesecake filling: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the protein powder, Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in each jar, dividing it evenly.
  4. Add your desired toppings, such as berries or sugar-free syrup.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the cheesecake to set.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetener to your preference. For a thicker filling, you can add a bit more protein powder or Greek yogurt. These jars can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
