Honey Garlic Roasted Carrots

These honey garlic roasted carrots are a simple and flavorful side dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Carrots peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • Large bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve hot.

Notes

For a touch of freshness, you can garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
