Ingredients
  

  • 4 6-ounce salmon fillets skin on or off
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions before serving, if desired.
