Method
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cook the shell pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set it aside.
- Cook the chicken pieces in a skillet until they are fully cooked through. Drain any excess liquid.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, Ranch Seasoning Mix, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Fold the cooked chicken and the cooked pasta into the cream cheese mixture until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Top the casserole evenly with the shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the casserole from the oven. Sprinkle the chopped, cooked bacon over the top before serving.

You can cook the chicken ahead of time to reduce the preparation time.
