Method
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Italian dressing.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the inside of each tortilla.
- Layer the ham, salami, and provolone cheese onto one half of each tortilla.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and olives.
- Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling and roll up tightly.
- Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
You can add other favorite sub toppings like pepperoncini or banana peppers.
