Italian Sub Wrap

A quick and easy Italian sub wrap recipe.

Ingredients
  

For the Wraps
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Italian dressing
For the Filling
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices deli salami
  • 8 slices deli provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 2 tbsp sliced black olives

Equipment

  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Italian dressing.
  2. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the inside of each tortilla.
  3. Layer the ham, salami, and provolone cheese onto one half of each tortilla.
  4. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and olives.
  5. Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling and roll up tightly.
  6. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

You can add other favorite sub toppings like pepperoncini or banana peppers.
