Keto Cheesecake Fluff

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or other keto sweetener to taste
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered erythritol and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Beat until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Spoon the mixture into serving bowls.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving, or serve immediately.

Notes

You can add berries or sugar-free chocolate chips for extra flavor and texture.
